All descriptions
of design and colour are the views of Barncroft Design.
Colours may vary on different computer monitors.
Customers should satisfy themselves of wallpaper design
and colour by requesting a sample before placing an
order.
We supply from a
number of reputable companies and we are confident in
the ability of our carriers and distributors to deliver
your products in good condition. In the unlikely event
that any goods are damaged or faulty they will be
replaced. If there is a problem with the wallpaper you
must inform us in writing within seven working days. No
more than two lengths of wallpaper are to be used if a
fault is found. Please read manufacturers' instructions
carefully.
Full orders can be
returned if all rolls are unopened and in original
packaging. Contact us for return address. Carriage will
be charged and in most cases will be the responsibility
of the customer. An administration / restocking fee
equal to 20% of the wallpaper total cost will be charged
on full unopened orders that are no longer required.
Part orders cannot be returned. Refunds will be
processed promptly once goods are returned.
Any cancelled
order, after payment, will incur a cancellation fee
equivalent to our costs.
These terms and
conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

need to see samples to appreciate the quality, style and
colour of the products. A personal service is offered in
addition to supplying products at a competitive price.
